TATUM, TX — September 15, 2025— The Tatum Economic Development Corporation (TEDCO) is proud to announce the acquisition of the former FSR building, transforming it into a vibrant business incubator and meeting hub for Tatum’s growing community of entrepreneurs.
This facility will not only provide
dedicated office space for service-based entrepreneurs but will also offer a
training room and
conference room for businesses and organizations needing professional space for workshops, seminars, and meetings.
Spaces will be available as early as October, allowing local businesses and start-ups to secure an office and take advantage of shared amenities designed to encourage growth and collaboration.
“This acquisition represents a major step toward cultivating a thriving small business ecosystem right here in Tatum,” said Nakia Smith, Executive Director of TEDCO. “We now have a place where entrepreneurs can work, meet, train, and grow — all under one roof.”
